By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Prospera is a stock market information and tracking application that provides:

• IPO tracking and information
• Bulk and block deal alerts
• Corporate announcement summaries
• Results calendar and notifications
• Stock watchlists and alerts

NOT INVESTMENT ADVICE: The information provided through our App is for educational and informational purposes only. It should NOT be construed as investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice.

NOT A SEBI REGISTERED ENTITY: Prospera Wealth Private Limited is NOT registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an investment advisor, research analyst, portfolio manager, or stockbroker.

NO RECOMMENDATIONS: We do not recommend any specific stocks, securities, or investment strategies. All investment decisions should be made by you after conducting your own research and consulting with qualified financial professionals.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Use automated scripts to access the App
• Resell or redistribute our content without permission
• Use the information to manipulate markets

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by Prospera Wealth Private Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Data

Our App displays data sourced from third parties including NSE, BSE, and other data providers. We strive to provide accurate information but cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data.

8. Premium Services & Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Prospera offers an auto-renewable subscription plan:

• Prospera Premium — yearly auto-renewable subscription
• Subscription length: 1 year (auto-renews annually)
• Current pricing is displayed in the app at the time of purchase
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any investment decisions you make
• We are not liable for any financial losses you may incur
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prospera Wealth Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
