This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all subscription plans and purchases made through the Prospera mobile application ("App") operated by Prospera Wealth Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
1. Subscription Plans
Prospera offers premium subscription plans that provide access to advanced features including real-time IPO alerts, bulk deal notifications, anchor lock-in alerts, and detailed stock analytics.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- How to cancel: Go to Account Settings in the App, or manage your subscription through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
- Effective date: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- Continued access: You will retain access to premium features until your subscription period expires
- No auto-renewal: Once cancelled, your subscription will not auto-renew
3. Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your subscription. Our refund policy is as follows:
3.1 Eligible for Refund
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Service not delivered as described
- Technical issues preventing access to premium features (unresolved within 48 hours)
- Unauthorized charges on your account
3.2 Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind after accessing premium content
- Failure to use the service during the subscription period
- Partial month or unused days of an active subscription
- Subscription fees after the billing period has ended
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@prosperawealth.ai
- Include your registered phone number or email address
- Provide the transaction ID or payment reference
- Describe the reason for your refund request
We will review your request within 5-7 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method:
- UPI / Net Banking: 3-7 business days
- Credit / Debit Card: 5-10 business days
- Apple App Store: Refunds for iOS purchases are handled by Apple. Please contact Apple Support directly
6. App Store Purchases
For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store:
- Cancellation and refund policies of the respective app store also apply
- To cancel, manage your subscription through your device's subscription settings
- For refunds, you may need to contact Apple or Google directly
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
